Once you have obtained the Job that you looked for, you must strive to exceed and succeed in your new responsibilities.
But also you have to face with honesty and willingness to learn new things and new ways to perform your job and bring results to the Team which you work for and to the Company that have hired You.
Learning and improving continuously, I personally think, is a very positive thing to do during our career, especially at this period of big changes worldwide.

Una volta ottenuto il lavoro che avete cercato, dovete sforzarvi di superare e avere successo nelle vostre nuove responsabilità.
Ma anche devi affrontare con onestà e volontà di imparare cose nuove e nuove modalità per eseguire il lavoro e portare risultati alla squadra la quale si lavora e alla Società che vi ha assunto.
Imparare e migliorare continuamente, io personalmente penso, è una cosa molto positiva da fare durante la nostra carriera, soprattutto in questo periodo di grandi cambiamenti in tutto il mondo.
